A 2-month-old boy missing in West Palm Beach has been found safe in Riviera Beach, police said.

The baby was identified as Mar’Quan Johnson. He was last seen in the 1400 block of Village Boulevard.

Mar'Quan's mother was taking a shower when her baby was kidnapped, police said.

The child was wearing a onesie with frog feet on it. He may have a Winnie the Pooh blanket with him.

Police said they believed the baby may be with Latonia Alvin, also known as Latonia Williams, 33. Alvin was described as a new friend of the baby's mother who was watching the child for a little while.

Alvin is 5 feet 7 inches tall and 130 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white shirt, a blue sweater, jeans and black slippers and police said she may be carrying a laptop with a pink carrying case. Police said she also has the baby's mother's cellphone.

An Amber Alert for Mar'Quan featuring a picture of Alvin was put out Friday morning. On Friday afternoon, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement cancelled the Amber Alert, saying only that Mar'Quan has been safely recovered.

No further details about where the baby was found were available.
